An old saying that definitely applies here is to recollect that one player’s trash is another’s treasure. Your job is to get the trash from those players and then get that treasure to another player who is pleased to pay Serious cash for that item. Because this is such an important part of your gold making, I’m going to spend the following couple of pages going over the auction House and how to best use it. Instead of buy WOW gold quickly, It will save your real money if you us the following straightforward tips.

My first recommendation to you is to install a good 3rd party MOD who will help you at the sale House. The one that I like the most is one called Auctioneer. This is a free mod who is priceless to you as someone that is attempting to maximise your income. To download Auctioneer, go to tohttp://auctioneeraddon.com / and go to the Downloads section. When you’ve the add-on installed, the very first thing you’ll notice with this new MOD is that there is now a Scan button on the browses through tab of the auction screen. You’ll need to run this scan once or more a day for roughly week so it can build a database file of all items that are selling in the auction House. Ideally, if you can do this once in the morning and again in the evening for about a week, it’ll cover nearly every item that gets sold. Dependent on the amount of auctions running at the time, the scan can sometimes take more than 10 mins. I know this sounds rather like a long time but trust me. This is time very well spent. After a week of doing these scans, the database file should have all of the info you want to make good decisions when purchasing and selling items. It probably would not hurt to run this every so often down the line to keep your database file up to date. Now you have your database file made and recent with all of the latest auction info, you’re now prepared to buy items cheap and then turn around and sell them right back for an Impossible to believe profit! We will get into that more in a little.

Another feature added with this add-on is the Enhanced Tool Tip. When you hover over an item, it’ll supply you with another smaller window that has additional information. As you can see, this is a Rare Pattern ( Blue item ) that’s now being sold at the auction House for 8 wow gold fifty silver with a Buyout of 10g. Towards the bottom of the window, it allows you to know that this item is sold by a Vendor for a mere thirty Silver. The vendor that sells this item is Rikqiz in StranglethornVale at Booty Bay. This is VERY important information as it fundamentally is telling you you can purchase a pattern for thirty Silver and in turn, sell the crafted item it makes at the sale House for approximately 8-10 Gold. After the price of materials, this is around a 2000% profit!!
.Just because it is saying that this item is sold by a vendor, does not necessarily mean that is the one place you can get it. If you remember from earlier, another person’s trash is just waiting for you to buy it. When you spot items like this, you can search the sale House for them to work out if you’ll be able to find them cheap. One of the things you most likely have just spotted is that when you go to sell a pattern or formula, the sale defaults the starting bid to a miniscule amount. You would be stunned at what number of folks don’t bother to switch these values or if they do, they’ve still got it far below market valuation. In turn, you will constantly find all sorts of formulas, plans, and patterns that are being sold for Silver by players who don’t understand the items they’re selling. What you should do is buy those items, run over to the nearest mail132013201320box to collect the items, and then run straight back to the auction House to put them back on the marketplace for a massive profit. You can use the Auctioneer add-on to get the Recommended Starting Bid and Buyout that it recommends. You may take a quick look at some of the other auctions for that same item. If you find other auctions for that very same item, make sure that you have got a Buyout Price that is a less than everybody else’s auction. If you’re the only one selling that item, then you basically have a monopoly of that item in the auction House permitting you to set your own cost.

How does the Auctioneer know all of this information for these items you ask? The answer’s the Scan feature that was debated above. Like the market, the economy in World of Warcraft is in a flux and is consistently changing. That is what the Auctioneer makes a speciality of, scanning the Warcraft economy and building a database of all items and their price out on the market.

Something else pleasant about this Add-On is that whether or not you are not at the auction House, you can still see what’s selling for a low price by running the command “/ auctioneer broker”. This can return a list of items having a buyout of something that is much less than what the market is paying. This is a very nice feature to use for the occasions when you are not always near an Auction House because it will tell you if there is anything worth going back for.

The last feature of the Auctioneer Add-On that I want to touch on is the new Search Auctions tab. This is obviously the best feature of the Auctioneer. What this can do is scan all current auctions and compare against the information it has gathered in prior scans to show you what items are selling for and how much profit can be made on that item if you were to buy it and then re-sell it at the current market value.
