For your home or small office printing needs, there’s the HP CP1215 cartridges printer suitable for it. This color laser printer carries an affordable price tag as it has basic features only. But the performance is something not to be overlooked, eagerly meeting your everyday color and black-and-white output requirements. It may be placed on virtually any available space you got as it comes with a compact and lightweight body.

The speedy 264MHz processor within it is capable of churning out everyday home and office documents. For color tasks, the printing speed is set at 8 pages per minute, with the first page out in 30 seconds. On the other hand, for monochrome tasks, it’s capable of yielding up to 12 pages per minute, taking only 24 seconds for the first page to be out.

However, it should be noted that exact printing speeds may vary. This depends on various factors such as the complexity of the document or the system configuration. To help you out in meeting everyday printout volume requirements, there’s a standard input media tray that’s capable of handling up to 150 sheets of media with CP1215 printer toner.

Speaking of media, supported ones include those from A6, A5, and A4 to B5. There’s also support for custom sizes, which can include something as small as 76 mm x 127 mm to something as large as 216 mm x 356 mm. Media types supported are also versatile, to help you meet varied printing requirements. The machine can work on ordinary paper, photographic, glossy, rough, transparencies, cardstock, labels and envelopes.

Color and monochrome documents are printed with an image resolution of 600 dpi x 600 dpi. But since there’s the ImageREt around, such resolution can be cranked up to as much as 2400 dpi x 600 dpi. Standing for Image Resolution Enhancement Technology, this HP innovation lets you enjoy sharp and clean text, including those in small font sizes. ImageREt also keeps color reproduction decent.

The machine’s monthly duty cycle is set at 250000 pages. According to HP, meeting this monthly requirement allows for an optimally performing machine. ColorSphere toner cartridges come pre-installed with your purchase. However, since these are introductory versions, they can yield averagely half the performance of standard ColorSphere toner cartridges.

As much as 16MB of standard memory is available. Although there’s no memory or external HDD expansion slot available, the built-in memory is good enough for your day-to-day home or small workplace printing tasks. There’s also a driver support included for manual duplex capability. Since it’s not automatic, the pages have to be manually flipped over and re-inserted into the feeder for two-sided printing.

The connectivity option available on the HP CP1215 cartridges printer is a hi-speed USB 2.0. The machine has a compact body, having a 399-mm width, 453-mm depth and 254-mm height. It may be placed in practically any available space you have, as it also comes with a weight of only 17.6-kg and uses CP1215 printer toner. With simple operation, more tasks can be finished on time with use of CP1215 replacement toner. The money-saving benefit extends beyond its low price tag, as it also meets Energy Star requirements.
